Meet Jon Berghoff
I am often referred to as a certified knife selling geek. While I’ve trained sales and positive influence strategies to Fortune 500 companies as well as over 50,000 entrepreneurs in over 100 different industries, and conducted over 3,000 private coaching calls as a professional business coach – there is an important reason that I have created this site that you are looking at right now.
In June of 1999, Dan Casetta gave me an opportunity to experience life and the Cutco selling opportunity in a very special way. He taught me that my income would seldom exceed my level of personal growth. I began studying and learning everything I could. I field trained with Ed Reed, continuously grilled Roman Malik, and relentlessly learned everything I could from every legend who ever opened a sample kit. As the saying goes… the rest was history.
Within 5 years, I was the fastest and youngest inducted into the Hall of Fame, I had broken over 16 national records, including largest week, month, campaign and year. Many of my records still stand today.
Underneath the Global Empowerment brand, I created this membership community as a way of giving back what was given to me. I have a lot of money making answers that I have shared with a small number of high paying private coaching clients, and this is the perfect way of getting the same high powered information to more people who want to learn and grow.
Please share this opportunity with other so they can take advantage of our $1 Special, and let me know what you think. As a member of our community, all of our monthly coaching calls are designed around your questions, what you want to learn, and how you can take your Cutco business to another level.

Meet Hal Elrod
I've been an entertainer since hosting my first radio show at age 15 as "Yo Pal Hal" and a record breaking sales rep for Cutco at 19. My real triumph came in the face of tragedy at age 20 when he was struck head by a drunk driver going over 70 mph and found dead at the scene.
Six days later I woke from a coma to experience the devastating reality that he had suffered 13 broken bones, permanent brain damage, and that he would never walk (let alone sell CUTCO) again. Less than two months later, not only was I walking again, but I miraculously returned to CUTCO and went on to sell over $106,000 that year, my first six months without a car.
I went on to break numerous regional and national records, win the Rolex by selling over $200,000 in one year, was inducted into the Cutco/Vector Hall of Fame and accumulate career sales over $750,000. A big part of my life and work are now dedicated to sharing his knowledge with CUTCO Reps so that they can achieve more success than they every thought possible.
I challenge you to take the fullest advantage of this community that Jon and I have put together. We aren’t holding anything back. This is a way of getting the same exact information that we have seen create champion after champion, record after record. I know because I have personally watched it happen, and have the success stories to show it. I can’t wait to make you our next success story.
